Troubleshooting Tips
Following are the troubleshooting tips for Intune:
- 
Intune log file location is C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs. For detailed debugging check IntuneManagementExtension.log. Search for package name / Application ID.

Use %WinDir%\CCM\CMTrace.exe tool to read Intune logs. 
- 
Installation status of SPS package logged at C:\windows\SecuniaPackage.log. 
- 
If install fails most time the reason is, the file in use by other application. In such cases, restart the machine. Some other common reasons are listed here.

Debugging for PowerShell script not running, refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/intune-management-extension#issue-powershell-scripts-do-not-run.

Check whether the service Microsoft Intune Management Extension is running in endpoint. 
- 
Intune Management extension polls for packages for every hour. We can do force polling by restarting the Microsoft Intune Management Extension service. 
- 
Once the package gets installed, it takes at least five minutes to reflect in Apps section of Intune interface. Sort by Date created to list recently published packages.
